Who do you think would win between the two? And who do you think is the strongest superhero in general (all comic books)?

My money is on Superman for both questions.

If the hulk can barely withstand tank fire how on earth is he going to deal with superman. For starters he cannot fly so catching superman could be a issue and an attack from above at the speed of sound might be a little difficult to counter :p

The mayor drawback The Hulk has is the fact that he becomes stupid when he turns green, so with wits he can be outsmarted.

I would say that The Hulk is the strongest, remember that he gets stronger and stronger as he gets madder, and no one has seen his ultimate strength. There are very few beings that can knock The Hulk down. Superman on the other hand has had his fair share of near death experiences.

In the end it will come down to smarts I would guess.

Meh, videos not really impressive. Well drawn but not well animated or choreographed.

I think the Hulk has a decent chance, because he is almost like an infinite loop. Witness:

If Hulk takes damage
Hulk gets mad
If Hulk Gets Mad
Hulk gets a damage resistance boost and a damage output boost

Notice there is no "if hulk takes too much damage, he passes out"

In other words, he is like Doomsday, in that the more you fight him, the stronger he gets, without exception, and with no limits. The only way for superman to win is to pick him up and throw him into space. Otherwise he will just get stronger and stronger.

Has anyone read Planet Hulk and World War Hulk? He isnt always an idiot.

I thought it was really well animated. great concept too. one guy did all that animation by himself. you can see how he gets better with each video. I hope he lets Superman win

Like mentioned before The Hulk gets more damage resistance the madder he gets, so those heat rays wont work on him a second time, and if the animation stays true to the real deal, Superman wont be able to knock him back any more also since The Hulk's strength would have more than doubled. See the animation Hulk vs Thor to see this in action where he destroys Thor and all of Asgard with all their mighty heroes, also Planet Hulk, although I do not like the portrayal of The Hulk in that animation.

This is a tough one, the only chance any being has against The Hulk is to kill him within the first few minutes they meet, otherwise The Hulk will just be too strong to handle.

You can't impose Human limitations to the hulk. He may be the product of an experiment gone wrong, but he has no ceiling and more importantly, in his enraged state, he would have no qualms killing superman. This is where Superman's main weakness lies, in his inherently altruistic nature. Superman could not kill the hulk and so will never go all out.

But Superman has beaten the Hulk before. All he needs to do is calm the hulk down - give him a massage or paint his toe nails or something. Or just banish him into the Phantom Zone?

Agreed, the angrier he gets, the more powerful and bigger he gets, this is what it is supposed to be like, according to the comic. Then Hollywood ignores the fact that he gets much bigger and stronger, its like they cap his power to fit in with the story lines. I would say that the Hulk is the stronger when it comes to raw power.

Before I comment I am a Superman Fanboy.

Superman will win only if he doesnt hold back from the beginning like he normally does. If his first hit to a full strength the hulk is down for the 10 count.

Anything else the hulk will win. Throwing him into space wont work. It has been done already in planet hulk storyline. He even travelled back to earth on outside of the ship. He would eventually make his way back to earth and be super pissed and sorry superman you will be in a coma state once again before long.
