Mweb uncapped hosting CP

I put up a site on the free uncapped hosting MWEB provides a while back. But now I want to access the ftp and cant for the life of me find any emails from them or where to access the control panel.
When I log into my account there is no hosting section - which I though there was previously.

Help?

p.s. the site is still up and working so it does exist :P

When you signed up for the uncapped hosting, it asked you to create another email address @mweb.co.za

Log into that email address instead of your account. You'll find "hosting" there.

To your default mweb-registered email address (the one where Mweb delivers your invoices, etc).

In the registration form I put a different email for where they must send the welcome email. I have changed email providers since then. In my mweb email I have never received anything, except the monthly statement which does have the hosting listed. It lists a username like "m12343545" - wonder if I can do anything with that?

Yes you will have a username like that, but it has a generated password....
My suggestion would be that you phone Mweb and have them help you out, it will be the easiest method to get your account back (you can't do much without that).
