A friend of mine would like to buy a

Oh I am aware that the machine is outdated but she is retiring and wants a basic machine with 3G and minimum Windows XP. If you can recommend a different machine in the same price range, A bricks and mortar store in Cape Town would even be better.

I had the same question before. Ended up buying somewhere else, but simply because I could get what I want cheaper, and closer to home.
