well come one, apparently they going back to their roots with this new album, although it won't sound exactly the same as their first two. But i am glad all their albums sounds new and fresh.:)

After Hybrid Theory they kind of went down hill. Yeah I will get it, I am a fan but wish they could go back to their old ways... :(

I have some hope for their new album as it is been Produced by Rick Ruben (who produced their first album) So Im expecting a more raw edgy sound to it.

I'm afraid that the first two Linkin Park albums have made me like some pathetic wife -- repeatedly taking in her husband after he has disappointed her time and time again. So yes, I am excited that there's new material on its way, but I'm also bracing myself for the possible (inevitable?) disappointment.

Sorry to burst your bubble (and admittedly, mine too) but Rubin was the producer of the last two albums (Minutes to Midnight and A Thousand Suns). Don Gilmore produced the first two. :(

The last album was unlistenable.. absolutely terrible... the only album on my iTunes library at the moment with a 1-star rating. Then they put out a video of them covering Adele..

Linkin Park really went down the toilet after Meteora. The new album is better than the preceding turds but is absolutely not a return to the sound that made them famous.

Yeah, Lost in Echo, Burn it Down and In my Remains are about the only good tracks on there (very good), but the rest is just filler crap. You can ignore the second half of the album completely.
I think these guys need to stop with their artsy crap, take another year in between albums and give us at least 6 good songs. Very very disappointed.

I'm of the opinion that; the harder it is to choose a favourite song from an album, the better the album is.
I'd really be hard pressed to name my favourite song on Hybrid Theory, Meteora or even Reanimation. But lately (with the new albums) it's just become so easy... :(

It's not the worst song on the album, but it still sucks somewhat. Linkin Park is better than that.
