There have been a few threads lately of horror stories about rental agencies. If you are renting out and can recommend the rental agency you use tell us about it.

It will be useful to those of us that are looking at renting and don't want to be caught with a dodgy rental agency.

Well, i can't comment on renting out, but i am renting a place managed by Blue Ice Rentals, all i can say is they are fantastic.

I am the tenant, but i get my invoice emailed to me monthly (rent, water lights etc). Pay by EFT, get confirmation by SMS saying thank you. Example of service; To fix like window frames, they deal with the owner, insurance, body corporate and then give me feedback on whats going down. I hardly do anything and it is really a pleasure dealing with them

Could be difficult if you are going to move overseas but want to rent your place out.
