Drop postcount, ranking, everything relating to it.
One of the reasons I say this is if you get someone like Person, with a high postcount people tend to trust the person even tho he might be a scumbucket.
Another thing is people tend to treat low post count members as if they dont know anything. I have been guilty of this.
