MyADSL Forum disconnects

um everytime when i refresh a page myadsl forum seems to disconnect at every refresh page then i must log in again

this has nothing to do with the connection i'm using any sugegtions why this is happening? maybe a forum error?

Does this happen to anyone else?

Getting lots of corrupted pages, page full of garbage at the top, followed with a format-less content of the actual page all in Times New Roman.

Aspersie, the forum software [vBulletin] uses cookies to record the fact that you have logged in - but you have to tick the 'remember me' checkbox before you login.

As for corrupted pages etc, first try clearing your browser cache - if that doesn't work, then it's possibly a load related issue on the links between yourself & MyADSL...

What browser are you using Aspersie? Get www.opera.com and see if it makes a difference ;)

Hi folks

Thanks for the feedback regarding these problems. I have noticed that the forums are getting increasingly busy, but I doubt that it has to do with server load. It may be related to running on two separate servers, but again this should then have occurred more frequently with all users.

It runs perfectly on my side, so it may have to be related to client side issues, but please let me know if these problems persist…

I had major problems today with the pages not loading completely using the SAIX DNS servers, I switched to the opends.com servers and everything is back to normal, this could be only related to me btw.

I don't use evil Internet Exploiter... it's just asking for trouble, but instead uses Mozilla/Firefox which works just as well.

Those sites (banking etc) which doesn't work with Firefox/Mozilla I open with Internet Exploiter. And if it's a dubious site, I don't visit it again. Ever. Neither do I open it with braindead IE...

So far I haven't had any problems with the forums not displaying properly.

Dit help baie oom, ek het dadelik daai garing gesien oor die ip's to oom daar gepos het, dit help baie, ek het dit klaar install, en nou is ek deurskynend, DANKIE OOM! ;)
