England made a flying start under new boss Steve McClaren with a four-goal first-half blast to beat Greece.

Disappointing not to score anymore goals in the second half. Good start for McClaren though.

That's England for you, bring a Greece or a Jamaica in some insignificant friendly they win but bring a World cup and these same players will be in tears, overwhelmed by the big occasion.

First half was good. Some encouraging signs. The goals were not classics, but you cant argue with 4-0.

Anyone else laugh as much as I did when a certain Mr Lampard celebrated scoring a really lucky deflection like he had just won the WC?? Shame. :D
