few questions related around bulk smsing
1. Who does it?
2. Who is the best?
3. How much does it cost?
4. Can they gurantee on-time delivery of sms's? (dont think so)
5. How many subscribers can i sms to (is there a limit on the number of subscribers?)

And also setting up a website ... the website is there for people to register for the bulk sms thingy ...

Will look into Vodacom SP next year and BulkSMS as well, but Clickatell can hit the bricks at R0.42c.

You can buy a gsm modem that takes a sim card, take out a sms only contract at MTN and pay 19c per sms and send it to as many people as you like. Most modems even come with software. That way you send it easily from a computer. As the usb modem gets power from the computer, you can sit in your car and send a sms to 10000 people if you had all the cell numbers.
