Not sure if this is this correct place to put this post but if there is anyone who knows how to do this it will be greatly appreciated.

My gprs and mms works fines on my phone. I am using Virgin mobile. So let me just stress that I can browse the net perfectly on my 8800.

The problem comes in when I want to use my 8800 to make a gprs connection via my apple ibook with bluetooth.

I setup the connection on my ibook and when I click on connect it actually goes through to the 8800 via bluetooth. It then asks me if I want to connect to the ibook and I say yes. On the ibook it says authenticating and then the 8800 says "Subscribe to packet data first".

Any ideas since I am flat out

Thanks
Shadley

It sounds as if your iBook is trying to use the wrong details for APN and dial-up number. I downloaded some custom scripts for my 6680 to get it to work properly with my MacBook Pro. I can't find the links now, but it was posted on myADSL.

EDIT: Have a look here - http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php?t=48535
