I sent a few emails to the same vodamail address earlier today. Only the first mail was delivered, and I ended up having to fax urgent documents.

I never used mine, but I then registered and sent e-mails to my other address. I also sent mails to this address.

After more than an hour none of the mails have been delivered!

Pity the people who have to rely on Vodacom's vodamail...

The vodacom server has been giving this problem for over a week now. Early this morning the emails went through fine, but after around 11 this morning not a single email has reached its destination (5 hours). I need to check with my customers if the emails sent have arrived, that means 30+ calls per day just to check if the server is working.

I think I will sign up a yahoo or gmail account and leave vodamail altogether.

Sorry vodacom your email service has gone from 90% reliability to 0% in 2 weeks.

E-mail sent to a vodamail address not delivered after more than 40 hours... The stuff sent by snail mail should arrive today!

I am afraid I have had the same experiences with Vodamail of late..
I now have an Absamail and 2 Gmail accounts as backup..

With Vodamail as the default Http server I also have bounced mail where the server sometimes wont accept my password..Most times it does though, but I cannot rely on sometimes..

May be I'm lucky, but I have not had any problems. Once in a blue moon the POP3 server dumps me off but tell me an ISP that doesn't do that once in a while!
