How do I remove a classified ad?
IBurst do not want to cancel my month to month contract using spurious charges to keep me subscribed.
This makes the modem I put up for sale worthless because it is tied to my account. I would like to cancel the ad for the time being and once the issue is resolved I will put the modem up for sale again.

? What charges... If it is month 2 month they have to cancel it when requested.

It is infuriating!
In Jan I asked for the month to month contract to be cancelled. They said, "ok no problem, the account is paid in advance so the next payment would be at the end of Jan for the month of Feb to keep in tune with the 1 month notice".
All very amicable and efficient. At the end of Feb they run the debit order through. I query this and ask for my money back. They send me an invoice as follows:
1. I have an outstanding amount since October 06 owing
2. I have some other amount for R170 owing that is inexplicable
3. I now owe April's subscription as well
All in all it comes out to over R 1000 rands to cancel the subscription. I have proof of payment for item 1, item 2 is spurious, I never asked for it and will not pay, item 3 is nullified by the fact the its precursors (items 1 & 2) are spurious.
I have just received this months invoice from IBurst, needless to say items 1 and 2 are not on the invoice.
So I owe them nothing, I am still being charged and to top it off I have lost a buyer for my modem.
I am about to take legal advice to resolve this, I am a member of Legalwise so I am hoping they can resolve it quickly.

sue them :D..... Tell the lawyer to force them to buy your modem back at retail price since you lost your buyer

sabagamma : not sure if you can do this, but get the bank to block any transactions originating from them....
