What I would like to know, is if there are any terms and conditions to the classifieds section?

is it only for second hand private goods or may I as a small business (IE me) use it to "sell" my products and services as a custom PC builder to Forum visitors?

At this stage we only allow second hand goods, but we are looking at opening a section for services and new goods...

I would rather pay to run an ad and support the forum financialy. I thought about posting my business in the classified but that would be cheapskate of me. Just my opinion use it dont use it.

OK, I thought so, just made sure.

Would you guys mind if I approach users in the hardware forum via PM. the typical person asking "what graphics card should I buy", or "need advice on buying a laptop". Since the user is asking for advice and I approach him via PM and keep it out of "public domain". Would that be a problem?

IMO if people would like to be contacted via PM they should say so in their post/query.
