Not surprising really.

I wouldn't want to be in the position of having to deal with clients when their service levels are as shoddy as what they are, they have just announced an increase in their rates in terms of additional bandwidth, their "new" product offerings are pitiful and their product is not really living up to it's so-called promises.

I am utterly disgusted and fed up with iBurst. I lodged a call 3 weeks ago today when iBurst speeds were just non-existant. I work from home and so with the net down it severely affected my work.

After being shunted around endlessly by the call operator, I spoke to someone who took all my details and I was PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME WITHIN 48 HOURS - STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM AFTER 3 WEEKS, not even an email to calm me down.
Snd they want me to give them my hard earned money every month for this?

I will definately be looking at an alternative, am hoping Neotel comes up with something worthwhile for my needs.

iBurst has NEVER matched their promise on a consistant basis.

Have you 1. Tried emailing:henry.dladla@iburstgroup.co.za and Carlos.daCosta@iburstgroup.co.za?

Personally I find iburst - even though it's bad service - to be better than Telkom's service!

Maybe they should be looking within the company and get someone who is already familiar with the technology and how the system works already instead of getting someone completely new to try learn the issues and how the system works?
