I have a small computer shop and get more and more clients asking me to supply them with internet services as they do not want to sit on the phone with other ISP’s for hous I did some googeling and found to companys that looks if they can help. The in is called ISP in a BOX and the other one Branded Internet. I’m looking for a place where I can be in control and do all from one control panel, I must say I got bouth comapnys documentation and the ISP in a BOX looks to good to be true, is any out there that know them and are they any good?.
Thanks for the feedback.

I heard of Branded Internet, they advertise in TechSmart a lot; but I have never tried them...

Seems decent though, they do most of the work for you it seems.
(Then again, I know nothing about being an ISP, so for all I know they are just advertising the "silver lining", lol)

The way I see it that the ISP market is VERY competitive. If you want to make a small bit of money and live on peanuts for a few years then do it. Or you might just be into BDSM and enjoy the pain of stupid customers like me phoning you all day and night with dumb ass questions and demanding 100% of your time for R1.00 profit a month then by all means setup a ISP biz for yourself.

You could become an ISP (Internet Service Partner) or branch owner for @lantic Internet Services. They are a franchise driven ISP that works from one control panel like you said :)

Check them out.
