Why would it drop when state owned Infraco comes in? Telkom is defacto state-controlled (they control 6 of 10 board seats) and that has done jack for prices.

Which reminds me. Didn't Telkom lose exclusive access to SAT-3 at the end of April!?!?!? Can we get a follow up on this!

The revision of the ADSL regulations and SAT-3 exclusivity are imminent.
