Why would it drop when state owned Infraco comes in? Telkom is defacto state-controlled (they control 6 of 10 board seats) and that has done jack for prices.

And how is infraco going to do this when Telkom controls access and pricing of SAT3?
Which reminds me. Didn't Telkom lose exclusive access to SAT-3 at the end of April!?!?!? Can we get a follow up on this!
