Every second month or so my line and adsl goes dead. Everytime they tell me they are going to charge me if the fault is caused by my equipment (which it never is)
Can I start charging telkom for my time I have to make phonecalls and the airtime of my cellphone for reporting the call if the problem is telkom's as usual. I am getting sick and tired of this
