Hi there, I must say, virgin is now one of the useless companies I know. Why doesn't they do something to improve their internet? I mean I'm browsing now in early morning time, and about 1h30 I just couldn't get anything done. The icon says connected, but I couldn't open one page, not even google. Then the next moment its up and running again. The it suddenly disconnects. Then its okay again, then it stops responding again. I mean who will be happy with this? And why dont they do something about this? Its now a few months that its so bad, in the beginning I praised them, but now, now I'm ashamed to tell anyone I'm part of virgin. And gerald, dont organize a site visit, it is not the problem, it is virgins network. Because if it were a problem on my pc, then it will be the whole time. Ag please virgin, help us now

i agree with you 100%. We as customers are not getting the services we are paying for at virgin mobile and when you complain to the sort me out centre nobody seems be able to help they just give you th run around. even when you email there "not so happy" customer support email addy they dont bother to reply and when they eventualy do reply after 5 emails they just give you the brush off.
