Nice... what a pleasant surprise moklet.
When I applied for my passport (Randburg) a few years ago it also took only 10-15 mins.

Same here - randburg, last month. Got my temporary passport in little over a week.

Seems IDs cause the big problem.
The dept of home affairs came to our school and did all our IDs - again, no hassel. They should do that at all schools.

Well, is this not the same Que that you have to fall into? Here in our satellite office in Somerset west it is a PAIN to get anything. The only one there that Knows what he is doing, is the one working at the Entrance "reception" table thing. He can do anything what they do inside there, but at 5 times the speed. :D
