  1. Why Android?

    Whenever you search for reasons why you must buy the one phone vs the other you always get the same arguments from Open source vs closed source and my market is bigger than yours or the age old this phone is cooler than that phone. People seem to forget when they shop around that phones are about functionality, its not a toy even if it can play games. It is an extension of you and your lifestyle.

    So instead of the normal mine is bigger than yours argument I'll post here reasons I like ...

    One of the best things of Smartphones today is the fact that they bring internet with you, wherever you are, but in South Africa this comes with a price. As many would know data especially cellular data in South Africa is not cheap. This creates a unique problem as the devices and the software on them is designed to keep you always up to date, always in touch.
