Now to my surprise when i added a new beneficiary with the app , i was never sent an rvn or tvn and was still able to add the new beneficiary and make a payment. I tried calling the Absa fraud line but after min being on hold and then getting cut off , i never tried calling again.

I've been pulling my hair out over the past few days, been one of those weeks... (thanks for the help sorting out the Flash player error in Google)!

Here's hoping someone has had a similar issue - which you managed to solve.

Over past weekend, I've plugged my wife's iPhone in to my Mac, to download (only) the new iOS 6.1.4. She has a iPhone 5 - wifi signal is a joke, and since she's about 3 versions behind, hoping an update might improve things (or drag it into the 'No Service' issue..).

We have a 4mb line at home, thankfully uncapped.

Repeated downloads have now failed - all flash up the following message:

Googling it, revelas that many have had similar issues, and that it is possibly Virus software related. I have the Intego NetBarrier virus package installed, bought it as part of an App-bundle, so figured I would use it.

The suggestions are that this is somehow interfering with the sizing of the permissible download bundle. I've tried disabling it, and whereas I came very close with a 950mb's (out of a total package size of 980mb), all the rest cancel between 50-350mb's in...

Do any of you think the virus software could be to blame? Must I uninstall, and see if it makes a difference? Thing that has me wondering is all the websites appear to be suggesting that it's a Windows issue, not specifically Mac related... and most seem to originate from 2012...

Oh - and I've made sure the virus software is up to date...

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Bought a cheap Sammy 23" LCD monitor a few months back for my HOME office/study, and so bought a Thunderbolt to VGA converter, which does the trick...

I have been using the same VGA converter whenever I plugged my MBP in at the WORK office, but it's a (lazybones) schlepp having to fiddle around with inserting the VGA cable into the back of the monitor every time - i.e. I pull out the Windows desktop VGA cable at the back of the monitor, and insert a different VGA cable, that then links to my MBP c/o the Thunderbolt adapter.

Only occurred to me now, to have a closer look at my work Dell 23" monitor - and I see it has a DVI-D input as well as the VGA input.

Please confirm - if I also purchase a Thunderbolt to DVI-D converter, can I leave the VGA cable (that runs to my work Windows desktop) plugged in, and simply attach the DVI cable (and leave it attached), at the same time? If I then arrive in the office, and plug in the Thunderbolt adapter, will the monitor "switch" automatically to the MBP c/o the Thuderbolt adapter, without my having to unplug the VGA lead running to the Windows desktop?

Bought my first Ipad, opened an US account funded it and bought a book, 3 games. Stil got enough

Got a Triple town addict for a girlfriend and want to buy the unlimited turns $3.99 in game. Can't do it. In game purchases is turned on and I bought 2 other games after many tries to purchase the unlimited turns. Also tries to do an in game purchase in Plants vs. Zombies. No luck.

What am I doing wrong????

Guy at Aplle Store says it can't be done. Apple client relations tells me straight up I might be trying to buy something out of the USA.

I have installed Se7en HD Ipad 3 but how I install the other themes of Se7en, do I just tick in Winterboard like I did with the first theme. Will the two themes clash ??
Not all my icons have changed to the Dark theme etc?
The Facebook theme has not showing ?

A few days ago after returning from holiday, I switched my MBP (early 2012 Lion) on, and noticed that everything was super slow; Beach balling for minutes for simple actions. So I naturally did a hard reboot, only to find it unable to boot. So I tried booting in safe-mode, but it kept on complaining about "flushing of data" in repeat. So I booted up resetting NVPRAM, which took about an hour to boot up; Still everything was super slow.

Next I booted up in the recovery partition, did a disk repair on my boot drive (and partition) which said my drive appears to be ok. I tried fixing up file permissions but cancelled the process after an hour or so (too long). Tried rebooting normally, then I lost the apple logo on boot up (which means the boot disk is not startable). Then I booted up using the Lion install DVD, ran disk utility again, and everything appeared to be ok. Tried to reinstall Lion, but the no disk was available to install on.

Next I booted up resetting NVPRAM, which took an hour to boot up. More beach balling. Managed to launch Activity Monitor, but CPU & Disk Usage seemed normal. Tried to launch System Information, but reported "failed to respond in a timely manner".

I have yet to run an Apple Hardware Test on it. But first I need to backup my data, so I was thinking of removing my drive and putting it in a usb drive enclosure, and backup my data via another MBP.
