So far I'm very happy with it. A definate speed boost from my previous Mweb 2mb premium uncapped line for R6xx.

Speedtest gives me 2.54mb dl / 0.67 ul. No problems with speed stability so far.

I got max 1.75mb / 0.43 with mweb.

Just wondering, its been 2 weeks and they haven't contacted me with my bank details or anything, so far I haven't paid anything. I guess they decided to give it to me for free

Hi Guys

There seems to be alot of stigma in the market regarding Neotel. I'll be available to answer any questions you may have regarding Neotel Enterprise Services.

Please note that these services are targeted towards business users, although many home users make use of the NeoBroadband WiMax services as it runs at lower contentions, uncapped and unshaped when compared to the consumer based WiMax services. In all instances Neotel provides the connectivity equipment and only charges the client an installation cost.

Services available include the following:

NeoBroadband - Uncapped, Unshaped Internet Access from 1Mbps - 15Mbps (Higher speeds coming soon), contention 1:10, Best effort service provisioned over Fibre, Microwave or WiMax
(AUP of 150GB per 1Mbps wherafter service throttled to 50% linkspeed, booster packages available per hour)

NeoVoice - Voice lines provisioned over SIP, BRI, PRI and analogue, with preference of SIP. Channels provisioned in increments of 10 using own dedicated bandwidth (Does not require internet access as with VOIP services). Promotion currently running where 12 Channels can be bolted on to NeoBroadband products at greatly reduced pricing. Comes with Economy SLA of 99% guaranteed uptime as standard.

NeoInternet - Uncapped, Unshaped Internet Access from 1Mbps - 1Gbps, contention 1:1, Gauranteed services, Economy SLA 99% Uptime guarantee as standard up to 99.9%, provisioned over Fibre and Microwave. Available as local only access or blended 25%-100% local/international access plus burstable 25%-100% local/international access (e.g. 25% international access bursting to 100% speed when capacity available)

NeoInternet 95th Percentile - Service is billed at 50% of standard NeoInternet rate plus usage on remaining 50% capacity, top 5% usage cost disregarded. Translates into 33 hours of bandwidth not billed for. Calculated on 5 minute averages. Ideal for clients with high peaks during the month.
(e.g. 10Mbps link cost used as base with 20Mbps link provided, client averages 12Mbps for month after top 5% disregarded and therefore pays for 12Mbps link even though link speed is 20Mbps)

NeoOne - Single access product with flat monthly access rate and low installation cost for provisioning multiple services. Available in 10Mbps (Sub-rate), 100Mbps and 1Gbps instances. Additional services such as voice, data, internet etc can then be provisioned, some at discounted rates. Additional cost savings when high availability SLAs taken into consideration. Provisioned over Fibre, Microwave and WiMax (Sub-rate only for WiMax)

NeoVPN - MPLS based IP Layer 3 Virtual Private Network with transmission speeds of 64Kbps to 1Gbps. Allows for bandwidth definition by application using 4 Classes of Service.

NeoLink - Aimed at large enterprises such as banks. Provides secure and private point-to-point and point-to-multipoint guaranteed dedicated links. Provisioned over Fibre at speeds of 2Mbps up to STM 16. Also available with ethernet interfaces with transmission speeds of 2Mbps to 1Gbps.

NeoHost - Data centre facilities based in Neotels world class data centres such as co-location, virtual server hosting, footprinting, troubleshooting and hands-on support, backup services etc.

Please check back again as I will be editing and updating the products as I have time available...
