Signed up as of this morning, was going nicely at full speed, on a 384k line. Now Astra won't connect, everything else is fine. Grrr.

Since yesterday my internet is slower than Dial Up and no one seems to answer their phones. Called them the whole day and no one is answering... phoned after hours and I was on hold from the automated service for 8 min and decided to put down. I can't download anything and opening a local site...
