Thanks! Once installed, you will have a "Winterboard" icon on your home screen. Open that, and select the logo you just downloaded e.g. Vodacom Red iPhone 4. It will then have a tick next to it.

Press the home button after that, and the phone will re-spring. Then your carrier logo will appear Do the reverse to de-activate
