Browsing extremely slow for me. Even Youtube has gone wrong. It defaults to 720p, but stutters. Put it on 360 and still stop - start. Anyone else?...

Hey Mweb Guy, getting some awful packet loss in DDO again. It's jumping from 0% to 3% to 8% and back. Did a pingtest, shows nothing hinky.
