I run a virtual ISP, and currently buy and resell bandwidth from Axxess. Axxess have no plans to bring down pricing, plus their dealer model leaves little to be desired.

What I want to do is setup my own realm through you guys and provision the bandwidth off to my clients accordingly. The only difference is that I don't want to sell month to month bandwidth, but rather year to year bandwidth. So I just want to pay you for total bandwidth used by my clients each month.

I am also interested in reselling your uncapped solutions.

I was told that this would not be possible.
