You have commented on a post about biltong in 2008, i think, there u mentioned about smoked biltong(rachfleisch) that u have to cold smoke and then hang to dry. Can u help me on this. How long do you cold smoke it for? Do you use the same spice recipe as for normal biltong? How long do you leave it to hang. I will be very greatfull if you can assist me. you seem to know quite a bit about these fans, i have a 1999 318 E46 BMW and recently my cooling fan stopped working,
reading your posts it seems i'm able to bypass the "EC?" so the fan stays on all the time? Do you know where i can have this done? Can
i go to any auto electrician?
