I have a 4Mbps line and can easily stream HD on Hulu and Netflix. Telkom is not my ISP though.

Whose your ISP? I sometimes still get stuttering on a 4Mbps line. I have to drop the quality to the lowest SD setting. Other times its fine on 3.2...
