No 900 Mhz UTMS so it probably doesn't do 3G on Cell C. I don't buy that it has 4GB RAM. 1GHz single core CPU... Terrible resolution... I would not....

some of them say "most smart phones" or "samsung noteII" but I think these will only plug into the audio jack and not via the micro usb to charge it...

Be prepared to spend lots of $$$. Dionwired had a Samsung DA-E670 on promo the other day for a bargain R1K, was sold out very quickly though.
