    Hi Jeff

    Perhaps you can help.

    I have been going round and round in Call Centre Support hell.
    Our problems are transient and we maight well need to change packages etc.
    Ideally I need a way of escalating an issue so I can speak to a more senior live voice and decide a route forward.
    I have requested this a number of times and been rebuffed.
    I can email you the detail. As I have said our problems are not criticial. We are not down. Just we are very irregular and inconsistent where our Net ranges from great to poor.

    I have spoken to a number of people and we have tried things but I keep getting sent back to the beginning. I keep doing speed tests, and trace routes etc.
    I send them back but get no feedback.

    Please direct me

    I think you said that people who entered into the draw will get confirmation emails. However I haven't received one yet and I'm wondering if there's something wrong with my client account after Monday. Maybe it's just impossible for me to enter?

    Yesterday you promised that the 100 GB of download plus bandwidth will be added to existing customers accounts who have the previous 30GB special. You said that it would be done before 12h00 today. I don't see this on my account yet?
