Hi DM,

Yes, spoke to one of the techs from network planning, Cape Town, told me this issue is nothing new, CellC is using a microwave link between Brackenfell and Bellville. This link is over-capacity, therefore the slow/no speed, he cannot give me an ETA for the provisioning of fibre to tower for our area. I have requested a refund for myself, and my in-laws and parents, as I persuaded them to buy the promo offer and it's not working!
