Hi Zox

I really can't remember it was about three years ago, I got what I asked for which was in effect around about 5 months salary maybe I was just lucky. I spent about a week reading through articles on the internet and general conditions of employment. There was something in there about the whole negotiation time and to speed it up I told them to pay me out for that period or I would use up the whole time negotiating. I know some other people got retrenched after me but never got the same sort of deal I don't know if I was lucky or it was just because I was one of the first and they where unsure.
