    Default Buying franchise

Anyone has an approximate idea of how much a Nando's franchise would cost?

And would they be SUBSTANTIALLY more expensive in other countries than in SA?

Not sure about Nandos but Steers is between R1.3m-R1.6m and throughout Africa but not so much any where else. Steers Drive thru between R2.8m-R3.5m....

I would imagine its more costly, unless you have the capital to get it going and support it properly, I think getting financing over there is going to be a problem.

Awesome! Good luck, have you got any restaurant experience? I've always lustered after starting a franchise, especially one that delivers a good product.

Contacted the Indage Group, who owns the Indian master franchise for Nando's, and they intend rolling out 200 Nando's across India. The Malad franchise in Mumbai seems to be doing OK.
