Get a Citroen C1/Peugot 107 (same car with different bumpers and names). They both have that price range and have a fuel index of 5.5 which is great at the current petrol price.

    Red face

-i had the citiRox 1.4i in mind so far.

    • new car preferably don't want to go second had if i must i need a reputable dealer thinking back to previous experiences.
    • when i put petrol i need to at least accelerate forwards (heheh not like current conquest), something in the range of a 14i would be ok not to heavy on petroleum but wooma on shorts over long.
    • twirls and whistles, well not really but cool if they are there like the citiRox.
    • don't wont die on the first break - decent brakes
    • white ! not another pink car of the red fades

o well hope that helps somehow, thnx for help.

    I agree with cashmoney...

If it's 2nd hand, the Volkswagen Polo 1.4 trendline is a good buy in my opinion. They're excellent little cars, cheap to maintain and the finishes just seem miles ahead of anyone else. You might need to add a few bucs to your budget though, not sure if you'd be able to pick one up for R90k.

There's nothing that puts me off a purchase quicker than climbing into the driver seat and being surrounded by the feel of a hollow plastic dashboard, which you find in so many of the cheaper cars these days.

For the kick you can get out of a Bantam, nice thing is you can mod it if you want.
