Hi,
We, Madame Zingara, are a travelling dinner theater/circus, with our head office in Cape Town. We are looking to set up the following: A travelling international inbound call center that would route local calls from whichever country we are in (England, Europe, Americas etc) to our Cape Town based call center. We would also like to minimize costs on all calls that we currently make.
Please advise with your reccomendations, and as a matter of urgency. We are due to move our show to Durban in May, Johannesburg in July and then we leave South Africa on a 3 year international tour.
I need a reliable solution, something that is easy to move and setup, scalable, and can handle an inbound call center of around 6 call takers. Internally we have around 20 telephone points in our office (incl call center), and at this stage rely heavily on cellular calls to our site. I was thinking of setting up a container/trailer that travels with the tent that would also extend our internal telephone system to wherever in the world we are (i.e. internal extensions - probably 3 or 4 - wherever our tent is set up).
