This is getting extremely stupid now...
Believe it or not, I have to query (and receive credit) on my phone account now, just about every single month. Every month I spend hours and hours going over my statements from Telkom (which, is supposed to be correct, I mean, they try to be a respectable company right?), and yet, every month I get in R500+ credit on my account to rectivy faults they made on the bills.... This is bloody stupid.
My latest issues... I signed a FORMAL TELKOM QUOTATION for the installation for specialised equipment. Installation was quoted at R1000, rental quoted at R850 (give or take a few rands). Low and behold... I get my statement from Telkom. Installation is invoiced at R1600, and wait for it... The rental is over R2000. Thank you Telkom... Now you know why everyone "loves" you so much - you can't even invoice your customers properly...
The sad part, as I said.. This happens on my account now CONSTANTLY. Every flippen month. *sighs* Even your local groccery store can do accounting better than you.
