    Only map(s) to their offices...
It will probably be a joke for the wireless/CDMA one though

I also need a map, there website info is useless. How is a customer suppose to know if he can connect / not connect. They should at least show present and planned areas on the map with +- time periods (6 months) when connections will be available.
Nothing on earth is new, just re-invented.

Exactly. You would think AJ would have some business sense. I don't think they realise how eager we are to jump ship.

So far, everything about Neotel is useless.

Starting at their Website and finishing on their call centre, including the packages they are trying to flog to us.

Its like going back in time. Called Neotel and thought I was through to Telkom, same chit, different smell, .... useless.

Their approach is extremelly unprofessional but, I suppose its good enough for Africa ...

If you call Neotel's call centre they will check if you are covered - unfortunately my home and office are not

called their call center, service was a little better then telkoms but just as clueless, I have asked them so many times, when I will get coverage in Kempton Park, all i get is they are aggressively rolling out coverage but no clue when, its like telkom all over again, I hate it when they can't even tell you a straight answer, if you have no plans for my area let me know, do they really think that after lying repeatedly to me for 6 months that I will still want their services? and wouldn't it be a good idea for them to grab as much of the market now as they can when we actually still want to jump ship? so they gonna wait for telkom to come up with something just as cheap and efficient?

When will we get real choice. th real thing, not some choice of different colour but same product. because thats what I'm feeling right now, oh and I thought Ajay someone said that telkom was charge 6x for traffic on SAT3 to london, now with access to SAT3 we're still getting charged R999 for uncapped, guess neotel isn't that much better, 5.9x is 0.1x less then telkom....

If you go into your nearest Postnet they can actually show you on their PC what the coverage looks like for your area. It gave me a lot more assurance than when I called the call centre. I am going to give Neotel a try - coverage for my area is supposedly excellent - will probably try a low end package like the 10GB one and then decide whether to upgrade to uncapped.
