I stumbled upon this nifty little script package via an ArsTechnica article on the next Ubuntu version (Intrepid Ibex). If you're tired of the default Ubuntu look, this is a nice, easy way to make it look quite nice.

Sounds interesting. Will have to check it out ASAP tomorrow, my cousin who I am at now is capped.

Just ran the scripts...they truly do look fantastic. This is what i've been looking for, for ages!

It downloads and installs all the bits and pieces you need for the themes.
You get them in various colours: blue, green, red, human etc. There are 3 styles - clearlooks, nodoka and murrine. I think it also gets various windowborders, icon sets etc.

So ja, basically just installs the themes for you, once the scripts have run you can select the new themes from your theme manager.

That's great. Totally eliminates the need to make the themes that you download from KDElook.

Yep! Everything is done...which makes me happy, now i dont have to spend hours hunting for stuff and trying to put it together.

I see that is for the gnome desktop, going to check if it is for KDE as well.
