One of Neotels basestations is on top of Rosebank Mall and the other on top of Ruto Mills Pretoria.
The antenae looks like normal cellphone tower antenae. I believe most of the sites will be on existing cellphone locations.

What do you mean devices. The antennae or the BTS. They use Huawei and Kathrein.
