Hi Neotel rep or anybody, is there number portablity or would this only apply to when the wired lines are in place.
Number portability is on the cards however; it is not available currently.
Significant work needs to be done by all parties concerned including ICASA.
NUmber portability can be applied to the current Neotel Consumer service.
When and how often is the coverage map updated?
Maps are updated as and when new sites are on air.

Mmm, I guess I am just being unreasonable, but then, I am also tired of being ripped off by Telkom, with Neotel turning out to be nowhere near the "saviour" they made themselves out to be...
I had to sign another 2 year contract with Telkom, thanks to Neotel not being able to roll out as fast as they claimed they would.
I will have a massive stroke and heart attack soon, if I have to keep hearing how my friends in other countries have next to nothing to pay for ultra cheap, 16megs up and down speeds, yet, we still operate with "tin cans and string" at astronomical prices...
Hope has a bitter taste...

When can we expect to see neotel in Port Elizabeth. I expected a company that would be better when it comes to consumer questions. Start talking to your prospective clients and they might just come over to you. Surly they must have some kind of timeframe for all the areas.
Neotel are useless - stay with telkom you wont regret it.
