I just got to my modem now, after leaving it for the past few days, connected to my wife's machine and downloading like mad.
The RX light was on permanently. So I restarted the machine, and the dialler came up and complained that the modem reported a "post" error. Reset the modem. Disconnect it and reconnect it.
RX light still on. Nothing else. Not even the normal signal indicators or the power indicator.
But it still works [

Weird. I think it might have given up the ghost due to too much traffic [

Anyone know how their tech support works when it comes to modems? Swapout. 6 week repair time?
