Neotel cap usage

I am currently in the process of assisting my father with signing up with Neotel. I just have one question is there anywhere on their site where you can check your bandwidth usage for the month.

Has anybody had any problems with being charged for additional bandwidth when they feel they did not exceed there cap ?

I haven't received my first full month's bill yet - so I'm not sure about the over-utilisation portion of the bandwidth.

There is no portal currently through which you can check the bandwidth usage. You will have to send an e-mail to [email protected] so that they can check your usage and reply to you.

I hear that the portal is currently under development.
