Some comment from the rep would be good right about now I think.

I hate it when a thread has a interesting title with a boring post.

No matter the outcome, you can at least let us know what caused you to open this thread.

That's quite impressive, it automatically puts all your forum discussions on hold until you finish your phone call!
 
clearly this thread spooked the Neotel Rep... i guess the problem was resolved...

Well I wonder what happen to him?
Perhaps he applied for the service, they told him, sir the service is available in your area..

Then when he gets the device, he finds out their is no service.
