Personally- Lampard should not be starting games for us anymore. He is so slow when we build up moves, by the time he actually releases the ball to bomb forward, the opposition have already setup their defence.
Him pushing forward is another problem altogether... Can't wait for the full squad to return and setup.

Squad is still missing Mata, Romeu, Oscar, Sturridge and Bertrand. Mata especially is sorely missed.

Not worrying yet. Just that there is a stark contrast in the way the older players play and the new players. Trying to get them to mix is going to be a very tough job- I don't see the older players changing the way they play currently.

Yes and no. He wanted Lampard to be a sub. Lamps didn't take too kindly to that. Roman sided with Lamps (very simplistic explanation).
I never agreed with AVB's sacking, but then again I was also against Carlo being sacked so Roman clearly isn't reading my emails
