    Unhappy Disturbing Poems

What ones do you know of?

    Here's mine:

    Antigonish

Last night I saw upon the stair
A little man who wasn't there
    He wasn't there again today
Oh, how I wish he'd go away...

Heaven and Hell : A Love Song

    And my shadow yearns .....
    (for your flesh)
Will you meet me my fragile
for a rendezvous in a tomb
    (we're daemonized)
    Our rapture of passion
    is beauty in darkness

And I could see … the perversity
    (in your eyes)
The burning frost of your lips
bite me kiss me desire me
    (we're sacred)
    Our symphony of damnation
    is beauty in blasphemy

    And my diseased soul screams
    (for your ecstasy)
Will you be my walker of shadows
    delight me with sinister sin
    (we're black fire)
    Our funeral of euphoria
will break satan's black heart .....

For Billy, my Dalmatian, died 1 year ago from epilepsy, I miss you still:

    Do not stand at my grave and weep;
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
    Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die.

    Falling Down Drunk

A man had had far too much to drink
Now I must go home he began to think
He tried to stand up and fell to the floor
So he decided to crawl out of the door
Then after a little fresh air he tried again
But he fell face down in the drain again
“I will never get up” to himself he said
I won’t try again I’ll crawl home instead
His wife found him on the step asleep
“I went for a drink” he said like a sheep
“And I know what made you crawl so far
Your wheelchair's still in the public bar”

    Splitting Up

In Norwich at my local pub I sat
After a pint and a couple of gins
    And contemplated relationships
With my mucker's for their sins
    “I’m divorcing my sweetheart
And soul mate” I tell my friends
“There will be no animosity” I add
“And we will always stay cousins”

    Oh Look

    Oh look
    A glimpse of thigh
    As her legs cross
    Young girls
    Hipster clad
    Showing thongs
    Fail to titillate
    But the young woman
    In the lemon dress
    Illuminated in the sunlight’s shaft
    Excites the senses
    A well-endowed Philly
    On an adjacent table
    Leans forward suddenly
    And her breasts
    Rearrange themselves
    Delightfully
    I feel no shame
    As I view
    A curvaceous beauty
    A shapely leg
    Or well-sculptured ankle
    Pert well formed buttocks
    Plump or perky breasts
    But nothing tarty or vampish
    No bare midriffs
    Or obscenely short skirts
    Less is more
    I feel no shame
    For letching
    Where’s the sin
    In looking
    They are god’s creation
    Well packaged
    Why would he
    Give us such delicacies
If he intended us not to look
    So where’s the sin
Even if I am the vicar

    George Bush

    Good shot old boy
    Well done old chap
    Another Iraqi dead
You made that one an orphan
    And blew off another’s head

But I'm sure your conscience will be clean
When you go home to your wife
Because all those smears upon the floor
    Once had a crappy life

And so George Bush my learnéd friend
    You complete and utter tw@t
If they wanted liberation why the ***** did they shoot back?

200 Iraqis died today I bet you’re really proud
    They disappeared under your guns
    Beneath a mushroom cloud

So I hope you feel real stupid,
When in Baghdad you are dispatched
Those ones you save, how will they wave
    Without their limbs attached?

An Ode to Christine’s Big Fat Smelly Ar$e Brain

    Remember when Hitler
    Killed all those Jews?

    Remember when America
    Dropped the bomb on Japan?

    Remember when Jack the Ripper
    Decided he didn’t like prostitutes?

Well you’re not as bad as those guys
Not as evil as that muck
But for all the things your not
    You’re still a stupid *****

    The City That Never Sleeps

    Come to Sunny Lebanon
    There's action on the streets!
Our fine hotels, you'll never leave
    Our missile-heated suites

    Beirut city never sleeps
The sky is lit up bright!
Pin the leg back on the donkey
    Games into the night!

    Come to Sunny Lebanon
    See the children run!
They scream they jump they paint the town red
    Aren't they having fun?

The public transport's not so great
You won't get here on a bus
But jump aboard an Israel tank
It'll take you straight to us

Default he had a thing against cats?

    The Cats
    by H. P. Lovecraft

Babels of blocks to the high heavens towering
    Flames of futility swirling below;
Poisonous fungi in brick and stone flowering,
Lanterns that shudder and death-lights that glow.

Black monstrous bridges across oily rivers,
    Cobwebs of cable to nameless things spun;
Catacomb deeps whose dank chaos delivers
Streams of live foetor that rots in the sun.

Colour and splendour, disease and decaying,
Shrieking and ringing and crawling insane,
    Rabbles exotic to stranger-gods praying,
Jumbles of odour that stifle the brain.

Legions of cats from the alleys nocturnal.
Howling and lean in the glare of the moon,
Screaming the future with mouthings infernal,
Yelling the Garden of Pluto's red rune.

Tall towers and pyramids ivy'd and crumbling,
    Bats that swoop low in the weed-cumber'd streets;
Bleak Arkham bridges o'er rivers whose rumbling
Joins with no voice as the thick horde retreats.

Belfries that buckle against the moon totter,
Caverns whose mouths are by mosses effac'd,
And living to answer the wind and the water,
Only the lean cats that howl in the wastes.

    Question

Well, I have a few questions...
    1. Does it matter if I say some cuss words in it?
    2. Does length matter?
