I am using smtp.vodacom.co.za to send email from my my personal email account, using Outlook 2007.
I have only been using this setup for a few weeks and have often encountered problems when sending emails via smtp.vodacom.co.za.
For example, today I can't send any email, it all bounces back with the following error:
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Sent: 2008/09/04 02:19 PM
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
'firstname.lastname@example.org' on 2008/09/04 02:20 PM
554 5.7.1 <email@example.com>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied
Is this a general problem (i.e. vodacom), or something to do with my settings and config?
Is there a way to resolve it?
