So, this month I got my monthly statement via e-mail..

I went over my monthly bandwidth/quota/cap allowance, was thinking for a moment Neotel would charge me for the extra 3 gigs I used, they just upped my package...

Well Done Neotel, I am very impressed with your service..

Did they increase the package without consulting you? Is it permanent? Do you have to pay to drop down the lower package again?
 
Do you get the option of paying your bill via EFT or are you forced to sign a debit order?
