Can't log in to admin.neomail.co.za

Hi,

I can log in to the e-mail account at www.neomail.co.za, but when I use the same details on admin.neomail.co.za it tells me the username/password do not match. I did not receive any other username/password combination.

Is there something I am missing here? I would like to set up the promised aliases.
