battlefield 2 hacks curious?

I've been playing since 2006 and I'm by no means a PRO. However, I've played with the best guys i.e. Maximus, Killa, Mephisto, etc. who are all rated in the top 50 in the world for their favourite kit.

Now tell me this, how is it possible for me to kill these world-class players on a regular basis (much less than them killing me I must add), but certain others are 100% bullet proof (even when knifing them while they're standing still?) I won't be told that it's a latency issue when I'm on 50ms and I manage to knife others just fine.

1 on 1, I will almost always lose the gun battle against the guys mentioned above, but it's never a constant pattern of one-shot-kills. Especially not while I'm moving.

The hitbox hacks have ruined the game completely as you no longer trust your own skill when you repeatedly shoot at someone and they never die.

I see where you coming from, I can neither deny or confirm that there are a few cheats amoungst us, but as you mentioned, there are a few guy playing with us that are really world class and that sort of adds fuel to the fire of everyone pointing fingers. Because a noob comes along and gets completely pwned and jumps up and down, while in actual fact probably 80% of his deaths were legit from really good players...

but what can you do, i personally would give anyone I found cheating in an online game the biggest snort-klap he's ever seen but its the catching him part that is a problem

was behind a tin wall and i was running andd picking up medi packs.. and the cuy just keepe hitting me.. and following me..

That is not hacking greg, it's a tinwall that you can shoot through, if i see someone running behind i just spray and prey in the general direction, sometimes i actually get a kill as well.

Sometimes it happens the other way around where i get killed by someone doing the same thing , cause you can see if your getting a hit so it is very possible.

yip, tin and wooden walls generally dont act as good cover although I did experience something interesting yesterday, died before the guy actually fired, very strange but I put it down to the net code.

Yea i played a bit of IO yesterday and crazy stuff was happening, i would put full clips into people and nothing, then i would drop and shoot one bullet and they would die.

That IO server is really bad and so random i think it makes hack accusation even stronger when in fact it just lag.

Nothing like seeing a rocket coming, duck well before behind sandbag and dying while you have ducked.

Strange stuff on the io server.
