When I got home I thought it was some gouvernment workers digging holes again...... that was until I saw the orange line/pipes

Did they have a board/notice saying for who they laying the cables. Here by me they laying orange cables, but its a contractor for Telkom, I saw them busy last week, near the industrial area near me.

Yeah you are right.... No signs.... But I did ask the workers who they were working for telkom or neotel and they said Neotel... did not look all that sure though

I saw "Neotel at work" signs in my general area last night on the way home... can only be a good thing.
